Privacy policy

Who we are

This policy covers Woodchip Deliveries. For any question about your information, or to ask us to delete it, email woodchipdeliveries@gmail.com.

Details you send us

When you text, call or message us about an order, we receive what you send, such as your name, phone number, delivery address and the amount of woodchip you need. We use these details only to answer you and arrange your order.

Review requests

After an order we may ask you to leave a Google review. To do this we keep your first name, how we contacted you, and the dates we sent a review request or reminder. We store these records privately with Cloudflare and use them only to make sure we send no more than one reminder.

Google Business Profile data

We use Google's API to read the reviews on our own Google Business Profile and our replies to them, so we can see which reviews still need a reply. We do not share or sell this data. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare and loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so both services receive your browser's IP address when you visit.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep these records until you ask us to delete them. Email us and we will delete your details. We never sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
